By accessing or using Plyk (the "Service"), provided by Web Master Builds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Plyk is a vendor-neutral agent platform: webhook-driven event ingestion, deterministic action-plan execution, and per-turn audit. The Service is offered as-is and may evolve as the platform matures.

User Accounts
You are responsible for the credentials you create, the API keys you mint, and the activity that occurs under your tenant. Notify legal@plyk.ai promptly if you believe a credential has been compromised.

Acceptable Use
You will not use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malware, attempt to access systems you do not own, or process protected categories of data without an appropriate agreement (e.g. BAA) in place.

Intellectual Property
Plyk and its underlying software, marks, and documentation are owned by Web Master Builds. You retain ownership of the data you submit, the configurations you author, and any content produced by agents you operate.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plyk and Web Master Builds are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or to comply with legal obligations.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email to operator accounts. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
