We use collected information to operate the Service, authenticate operators, dispatch and audit agent turns, support billing and usage accounting, troubleshoot incidents, and communicate material product changes. We do not sell personal information.

Data Storage and Security

Production data is stored in Google Cloud (Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Memorystore) under the Web Master Builds GCP organization. Data is encrypted at rest by GCP and in transit via TLS. Access to production systems is limited to authorized operators.

Plyk relies on the following third parties to deliver the Service:
